This workshop is to assist school and district application teams as they work on their Capstone Project for the State Board of Education Global-Ready School Acknowledgement or Full Designation or the Global-Ready District Full Designation.

Workshop Objectives:
  • Learner will gain GRS and GRD background knowledge
  • Learner will understand the connection to the State Board of Education Global Educator Digital Badge recognition
  • Learner will understand the evaluation rating system
  • Learner will explore the criteria in the Levels of Achievement in the designation document
  • Learner will explore choosing evidences for the application Key Elements
  • Learner will conduct self-assessment of school or district and create a timeline for completion of application
